Environment Concept
Final design for the wasteland environment. The brief was an urban area reclaimed by marsh and swampland, with this level designed to be navigated in a semi-arcade style. The player must use boardwalks to make their way across the map.

Character design: Wasteland Wanderer
Inspired by post apocalypse raiders or bandits found in games like the Fallout series. Below are some process sketches for different types of character, and ideas for props and weaponry.

Wasteland Wanderer’s vehicle final concept, along with some initial ideas exploring features and function. It was decided to be a primarily defensive vehicle, with most of the functionality being focussed on preventing attackers.
